OUR SERVICES

Efficient

Efficiency without compromise. Efficient offers a streamlined approach to investing using passive strategies.

It’s about making your money work harder, with oversight from our experts and a focus on letting markets drive returns.

There are nine Efficient portfolios along the risk spectrum designed to map across to your attitude to risk scores, as compiled by your Financial Planner.

Efficient

The Efficient models are carefully crafted by our in-house team. They are tactically adjusted based on the views of our investment committee to ensure the most suitable mix of assets for the given investment objectives and key market developments.

Managed portfolios

9 Efficient portfolios

The underlying funds are primarily a mixture of index funds and factor funds. Index funds aim to replicate the performance of a specific market index such as the FTSE 100 or the S&P 500. Whereas factor funds target specific factors or characteristics believed to drive higher returns, such as value, momentum, quality, and duration. The Magnus Efficient ongoing charge figures for the chosen funds range from 0.17% to 0.25%.

What’s right for me?

Edge is ideal for those who prioritise active management and are willing to invest in a higher-cost service for potential outperformance. In contrast, Magnus’ Efficient range provides a cost-efficient alternative that still offers the benefits of active management with a focus on value and long-term growth.

Magnus Enhanced offers investors more diverse options, with additional capital gains tax (CGT) liability controls, all under a single wrapper.

Bespoke options are for clients with inherently complex circumstances where a higher degree of personal service is required.

Your Financial Planner will discuss the merits of the four options and align their recommendation with your circumstances, objectives and risk appetite.
