Gilts
The Magnus Gilts Model Portfolio Service (MPS) is a discretionary portfolio available to advisers and their clients. It invests exclusively in short-dated, low-coupon UK Government Bonds (Gilts), typically maturing within one to three years.
The portfolio aims to provide a low-risk alternative to holding large cash balances, while delivering improved outcomes relative to bank or building society deposits over the investment period, particularly for higher and additional rate taxpayers.
